Accidents : Road, Others

When there is a Road Accident,

Should one take

as long as possible to come out of one's vehicle to allow time

to let tempers cool?

One should

not stand in front of the other party's car to elicit

whatever response one wants from him/her.

In the worst case scenario even of a non-injury minor accident (no paradox here), just

taking the other party's licence plate number would suffice and may

even be impossible but alright as still

can get the insurance company and the police to find

the other party?
